One cup of warm water drank on the empty stomach helps to clean the accumulated mucus in the intestines. In the same time you will avoid swellings and will have an easier digestion.

You also should chew slow and well. Don’t eat in a hurry! This is active women’s major defect, as they especially eat their lunch fast due to a busy schedule. Eating in hurry can lead to hindered digestion, swellings and discomfort. Chew and enjoy each bite. Aside the fact that the courses will seem bigger, you’ll also help your stomach and the important nutrients will be absorbed.

Eat when you’re hungry
Don’t eat just because it is meal time! 3 courses a day with a 5 hour distance is the ideal. Eating in excess, especially eating due stress can cause the irritable bowl syndrome, not to mention weight gain.

Beware the temperature of foods
The consumed foods and fluids temperature have an influence on your spleen and other organs. Room temperature is the recommended one or slightly heated. Even it is hot outside don’t over react with ice cubes or in cold winter days avoid throat burning tees and soups.
