The 7400 square foot Optimal Fitness Lifestyle Center located in San Carlos offers state-of-the-art technology, equipment and experienced practioners… a true “one stop shop” for those who are committed to reaching their goals. The center combines the look and feel of a spa, personal training facility, medical facility and a health club.  It is a unique wellness center with cardiovascular and strength areas, group classes, infared sauna, massage, chiropractic and Hypnotherapy room, a juice bar and locker rooms with showers.
