ATP™ (Athletic Training Program):

ATP™ is conditioning for the athlete desiring to attain their highest level of performance and to prevent injuries. This program is similar to what college and professional athletes use to optimize performance, especially those athletes that Brien Shamp conditions at The University of Santa Clara, College of San Mateo and Notre Dame de Namur University.

Athletes will optimize movement efficiency, increase multi-directional SAAQ (Speed, Acceleration, Agility & Quickness), improve strength, power and more. This higher level of fitness will be carried onto the court, track or field. The athletes will perform athletic drills to enhance running mechanics, core strength, reaction time, flexibility, power, posture & alignment, confidence, and much more.

We are focused in the quality of the movements, rather than just doing the movements. Our goal is to educate and teach the athletes how to move the right way. This translates into better sports performance and less injuries. *We recommend the OFC Evaluation to individualize the program.
