OFC Stress Reduction Program
Life has its pressures! We, as individuals, vary in our capacity to cope with different types of pressure. Some pressure, even when high, can be a motivating and welcome challenge. However, pressure at a level we cannot cope with is likely to result in stress.
We at the Optimal Fitness Center have designed a Stress Reduction Program to fulfill our individual client needs. As with all of our programs, Stress Reduction has proven to be a success. We offer several options that allow for a decrease in stress and an increase in balance and happiness. Some of these options include nutrition education using Metabolic Typing, Exercise Programs, Hypnotherapy, Mpower Coaching, Acupuncture, Massage and more.
