X-Biking

X-Biking is the term used to describe an indoor cycling program conducted while riding the new Trixter X-Bike™ Indoor Performance Cycle. X-Biking, different than traditional indoor cycling (Spinning), provides a total body workout more akin to true cross training typically only possible with a combination of exercises and equipment.

The interval-based X-Biking workouts are motivating and immersive; featuring natural, full-body cycling moves that challenge you with 60 ‘mind-blowing’ minutes of riding. The workouts are progressive, varied, goal orientated AND for everyone! No one gets left behind, ever!
