Action Steps to Get Started on the 21 Day Purification & Weight Loss Program
- Click on the Google link and submit payment of $250 for the 21 Day Program. This includes two 15 minute consulting sessions (pre & post) and the supplementation you need for the program.

- For Non-OFC Members (Nutrition Clients Only) Complete the Nutrition Health History Questionnaire:
- Bring the Nutrition Health History Questionnaire with you to the session with the Toxicity Questionnaire Online:
- A body composition test will be completed during the session to determine your baseline body fat %, weight and hydration %. In addition, we will review your health history and your Purification Program questions will be answered.
- Schedule your follow-up session on Day 21.
*Additional sessions can be scheduled for Nutrition/Lifestyle Coaching for an additional consulting fee. Sessions with a Nutrition/Lifestyle Coach can be done over the phone or in person for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or 60 minute sessions.
